If you have heard of my sharing, you may know that bread is a special kind of existence for me. It carries the memory of my childhood and my mother, and it also represents happiness! Maybe you are just like me, grew up by eating bread! Seriously, it is really hard to not having bread after my switch to be a vegan. Fortunately, more and more vegan bread is now available in the market.
I remember when I stepped into this bakery in Kyoto, I asked the staff very nervously: Is the bread vegan? The staff smiled back and said: Yes, all of them are vegan! I was really happy to hear that! I spent so much time in this bakery and finally bought a lot of breads.
There are so many types of bread, all of them are very delicious, so I really don’t want to share it with my travel companions! I arrived at noon that day, but some of the bread was empty already, so I recommend you going to there in the morning. Also, if you are not in a hurry, you can eat in. The store is actually quite big. Sit down and taste it slowly. It feels good too!
