來到日本 🇯🇵，第一樣最想吃的當然是拉麵！🍜而在仙台，我目前只找到唯一一家葷食店 だし廊-BUSHI（Dashiro Bushi） 有供應素食拉麵

When visiting Japan, the very first thing I crave is definitely ramen! And here in Sendai, I’ve only found one place that serves a vegan ramen — だし廊-BUSHI (Dashiro Bushi)

雖然它本身是葷食店，而且素食拉麵只有一款，還得等到下午三點後 ⏰ 才供應，但我真心大推一定要來 —— 因為，真的！超！好！吃！ 🤩

Although it’s mainly a non-vegan ramen shop and they only have one vegan option, which is available after 3 PM ⏰, I highly recommend it — because it’s honestly SO delicious! 🤩

分店資訊
目前 だし廊-BUSHI 在仙台有三家分店：兩家在仙台市，還有一家在仙台國際機場。我去的是 仙台南町通り本店仙（台市南町通總店），至於另外兩家是否也有提供素食拉麵就不太確定了。

Branch Information
Dashiro Bushi has three locations in Sendai: two in downtown Sendai and one at Sendai International Airport. I visited the 仙台南町通り本店仙 in downtown Sendai. As for the other two branches, I’m not sure if they also serve the vegan ramen option.

用餐小提醒
店面不大，一到用餐時間很快就坐滿。點餐方式是透過入口右邊的自助販賣機，記得準備一些零錢 💴。如果沒有，也可以請服務生幫忙換。素食者能吃的就是這碗—— 根菜だし味噌ポタ（¥950）

Dining Tips
The shop is quite small and fills up quickly during mealtimes. Ordering is done through a ticket vending machine located on the right as you enter. Be sure to have some coins ready; if not, the staff can help you with change. For vegans, the one option is this bowl: 根菜だし味噌ポタ (¥950)

味道如何？
日本的拉麵普遍偏鹹 🧂，這家也不例外。不過搭配上濃厚的味噌湯底 🥢，鹹味反而顯得恰到好處，喝起來特別過癮。整體味道濃郁又溫暖，讓人忍不住一口接一口 😋

How does it taste?
Ramen in Japan is usually on the saltier side, and this one is no exception. But with the rich miso-based broth, the saltiness feels just right and incredibly satisfying. The flavors are deep, hearty, and comforting — the kind of bowl you just can’t stop eating

現在回想起來，我的口水都快要流下來了 🤤。如果你是素食者，又想在仙台品嚐一碗道地拉麵，這裡真的不能錯過！✨

Even now, just thinking about it makes my mouth water. If you’re vegan and want to enjoy authentic ramen in Sendai, this spot is definitely not to be missed!
