雖然沒有去過泰國，但對於泰式料理並不陌生，而且還挺喜歡的！「Hearts Choices」是我在加國卡爾加利很推薦的泰式素食料理，除了泰式，還有漢堡，無論是喜歡中式還是西式料理，這裡都可以滿足你喔！

Although I have not been to Thailand, I am not new to Thai cuisine, and I actually like it! “Hearts Choices" is a Thai vegan cafe that I highly recommend in Calgary, Canada. In addition to Thai, they also have burgers. Whether you like Chinese or Western food, this place can satisfy you!

特別喜歡「Kung Pao Beef」和「Ginger Chicken」，很野味，超喜歡那附送的沙拉，配上自家製的沙拉醬，一向不愛吃沙拉的我，超快速地就吃完了！「Mac & Cheese」是另一驚喜，使用腰果做成的cheese，顏色口感都很像cheese，非常cheezy！

I especially like “Kung Pao Beef" and “Ginger Chicken". They are extremely tasty. I like the salad that comes with it too. With the homemade salad dressing, it’s just so good! I’m not a salad fan but I love this. “Mac & Cheese" is another surprise. They use cashew to make the “cheese", very cheezy!

值得一提的是，他們店面有個大冰櫃，裡面放了林林總總的素料，有些甚至是自家製的 (包括那沙拉醬)。我每次享用完餐點後，總是會情不自禁地挑幾款素料帶回家。

It is worth mentioning that they have a large freezer in the store, which is full of vegan ingredients, and some are even homemade (including the salad dressing). Every time after I enjoyed my meal, I can’t control myself to take a few vegan ingredients back home.
