When you head to the world cultural heritage – Chichen Itza, you must pass through the small city – Valladolid. Walking on the streets of Valladolid, you will have a feeling: finally I’m in MEXICO! The doors of almost every store are very colorful and lively; it just happened to meet the carnival, people were singing and dancing, passerby’s enthusiasm makes us feel very excited!!

雖然是小城，但一點都不缺素食料理，像這家葷食店 – Yerbabuena del sisal，超多素食選擇，而且都有很清楚地標示。它位於安靜的小區裡，店面很大，有開放式的空間，也有被熱帶植物包圍的戶外用餐區。餐後還會送一壺茶，當晚喝到的是很清香的薄荷茶。對了，他們還有一款純素雪糕呢！

Although it is a small city, there is no shortage of veg dishes. Like this meat restaurant – Yerbabuena del sisal, there are so many veg options, and they are all clearly labeled. It is located in a quiet community with a large storefront, open space, and an outdoor dining area surrounded by tropical plants. After the meal, a pot of tea will be served (free-of-charge), we got a very good mint tea that night. By the way, they also have a vegan ice cream!
