
還記得當年,我大概吃了2個月蛋奶素後,就馬上成為了VEGAN,而且很習慣,很多人很驚訝為什麼可以改變得這麼快?只能說,當朋友第一次帶我來「櫻之滙素食料理」時,我已發現原來素食可以這樣多元化!而且只要拿走壽司上含有蛋奶的醬汁,就已經是VEGAN SUSHI了。VEGAN,真的不是這麼難,當然,也得感謝「櫻之滙素食料理」製作了如此美味的壽司,讓我一開始便對素食產生好感!
I still remember I immediately became a VEGAN after only being vegetarian for 2 months, and I was used to it. Many people were surprised why I could change so fast? It can only be said that when my friend first brought me to “Meet at Sakura Veggie", I have discovered that vegan cuisine can be so diverse! And as long as the sauce which containing egg & milk is removed from the sushi, it is already a VEGAN SUSHI. VEGAN is really not so difficult. Of course, I have to thank “Sakura" for making such delicious sushi, which made me feel good about vegan food from the beginning!
後來,只要有機會帶肉食朋友去吃飯,我都會首推這裡,每次都不會讓人失望。兩年前,聽到他們要結業,幸好在最後一星期,被一名熟客頂讓下來,得以繼續經營。可是,最近經濟真的很不好,加上租金的壓力,他們真的做不下去了,6月30日將光榮結業,真的真的太可惜了!(仍然期待著有人及時出手把它救下來)
Later, whenever I have the opportunity to take my meat friends to dinner, I will first recommend here, and it will never disappoint us. Two years ago, I heard that they were going to closed. Fortunately, in the last week, a regular customer took over and continue their business till now. However, recently the economy is really bad, and with the pressure of rent, they really can’t do it anymore, and they will be closed on June 30, which is really a pity! (Still looking forward to someone to save it in time)
基本上,我每次必點的有:吉列蝦卷、芥末和牛壽司、牛油果卷、沙嗲羊肉串。除了壽司,也有和風料理和中式菜餚,全部都很美味。大家趁結業前,趕快再去吃一頓懷念一下吧 😔
Basically, here is the items I must order every time: Shrimp Cutlet Rolls, Mustard Beef Sushi, Avocado Rolls, Satay Lamb Skewers. In addition to sushi, there are also Japanese dishes and Chinese dishes, all of which are delicious. Let’s visit it once again before it closed, I will definitely miss it 😔
