終於要來和大家拜年了 （都幾號了？！）沒辦法，過年期間超級忙碌，和家人朋友見面吃飯等

I’m finally here to say New Year’s greetings to everyone. I’m super busy during the New Year, meeting family and friends for dinner, etc. I’m here wish everyone: full of money, good health, and a prosperous year of the tiger!

這段時間，我還發掘了一個新愛好——做生機蛋糕（台灣好像叫裸蛋糕），意思是不經過高溫烤過的蛋糕，而且還有以下幾個特點，讓我不得不愛上它

無麩質、無蛋奶
無牛油、無白糖
適合所有愛健康的我們
低升糖值、超適合減肥中的我們

During this time, I also discovered a new hobby – making Raw Vegan Cakes (it seems to be called naked cakes in Taiwan), which means cakes that have not been baked at high temperature, and have the following characteristics, which made me have to fall in love with it 🎂
⭐ Gluten-free, Dairy-free
⭐ No butter, no white sugar
⭐ Suitable for all of us who love health
⭐ Low glycemic value, super suitable for us in weight loss

其實過去這一年多，我吃了很多超好吃的裸蛋糕，然後幾個月前，終於嘗試做了我人生首個裸蛋糕——朱古力脆皮裸蛋糕，意外地大成功！連肉食者們都驚訝地不斷追問：你確定這沒蛋奶嗎？怎麼好像有，還那麼好吃

然後我就開始沒日沒夜地做蛋糕了 （是有點誇張），新年期間也做了不少蛋糕，想說驚艷一下家人朋友們 是驚艷還是驚嚇，我就不知道了 至少賣相還可以騙得了人吧

In fact, in the past year or so, I have eaten a lot of super delicious raw vegan cakes, and then a few months ago, I finally tried to make my first raw vegan cake in my life – Shinny Chocolate Cake, which was an unexpected success! Even the meat-eaters kept asking in amazement: Are you sure there is no dairy? Why does it seem like there is, but still so delicious 😅

Then I started to make cakes day and night 🤣 (it’s a bit exaggerated), and I also made a lot of cakes during the New Year to surprise my family and friends☺️ I don’t know whether it is amazing or shocking 😆 At least it looks good, it can deceive people 😁

我想告訴大家也順便鼓勵一下大家和自己
I want to encourage you and myself at the same time 👇

1. 我是一個完全不會煮東西的人，常常煮糊、蛋糕烤不熟（還請朋友吃），原來水會蒸發，湯會煮焦，鍋底變黑（而且不知道怎麼洗），連用微波爐也可以用到冒黑煙 朋友們都說我是不折不扣的「港女」。
I am a person who is not good at cooking at all. I often boil over and the cake is not cooked properly (and I invite friends to taste it). It turns out that the water will evaporate, the soup will be scorched, and the bottom of the pot will turn black (and I don’t know how to wash it). The microwave oven can also be used to emit black smoke😅 My friends all say that I am a typical “Kong girl".

自從開始做裸蛋糕後，朋友們開始說我不再「港女」了，居然還能做蛋糕，而且還是健康好吃好看的！
Since I started making raw vegan cakes, my friends started to say that I am no longer a “Kong girl", I can even make cakes, and they are healthy, delicious and good looking!

2. 從小我就覺得自己超沒有創意和美感，從我的畫功就能知道，每次玩「猜猜畫畫」，我的畫都是最搞笑的。還有拍照，從前去旅行都是朋友幫我拍好看的照片，但我的朋友從來沒有一張好看的照片，因為我不會拍，我最會把人拍得很醜 所以我超欣賞有創意、有藝術天份的人。
Ever since I was a child, I felt that I was super lack of creativity and art. From my painting skills, I can tell that every time I play “Guess and Draw", my paintings are the funniest. In the past, when I went on a trip, my friends helped me to take good-looking pictures, but my friends never had a good-looking picture, because I didn’t know how to take pictures. So I appreciate creative and artistic people.

照片裡的所有蛋糕/甜點，從如何裝飾蛋糕、擺盤、拍照擺設、角度到後期的照片修飾，都是我的創意和一手包辦！
All the cakes/desserts in the above photos, from how to decorate the cakes, platters, photo settings, angles to post-production photo retouching, are all my creativity and done by me!

我想說的是，就算你一直認為自己是個不怎麼樣的人、不夠別人厲害等等，甚至連家人朋友也這樣定義你，但這都不一定是真的！
What I want to say is that even if you always think that you are nothing, not good enough as others, etc., even your family and friends define you this way, it is not necessarily true!

都已經2022年了，還不去尋找那個你從不認識的自己？讓我們一起勇敢地和以前那個不怎麼樣的自己說再見吧！多多欣賞自己，發掘自己的美
